3) "My Girl Thick" (From One Addiction To Another [FOATA] Mixtape) (Prod. by MPOLYAK593)

One thing I have enjoyed so far about being a musician is a kind of pride that I can wear inside my head. To some people, it comes off as cockiness, but to me, I see it as a potential yet metaphorical crown. You see, as I began transforming into an increasingly adept talent, I began to notice little things. I think a lot quicker on my feet, I began to talk less, observe more, and I had the ability to opt out of dedicating lovely copyrighted music to my significant other because I could-- instead-- write what I felt was a million times better. It wasn't a million times better as in skill, concept or method carried out, it was the way I could formulate it that went over so well with me.

For example, instead of being stereotypically general when I rap about something touchy (say, a woman), I could customize my infrastructure: I could make it with any mood I felt, I could incorporate any details or references that were specific to the person the song was about and I could always write, add and release newer editions. If I ever wanted to experiment, I could delve into any genre of music and just grab attention with a bang.

It was always the lyrics that caught my attention, though. I was never just some lame getting dominated by my instrumental meanwhile knowing deep down that that was all the people were mainly focused on, even subconsciously. I have always loved the technical art of being able to use conversation to make sure that I was well understood, and almost never received in an undesirable perspective.

But I also noticed that's what made music so great:

You could make it about ANYTHING-- women, drugs, pokemon, something on TV, that latest movie... and you could make it as often as you wanted for any situation.

So, when my girlfriend, Dona, decided to begin an era in which she casually, and consistently, made remarks about her weight, I was hurt as well. The woman I love with all my heart, regardless of tone, was starting to grow an inferiority complex. I have always been one to "nip it in the bud" if there ever was a problem in my way or on my mind because I would rather use my time and schedule more productively and to my benefit. The first thing I thought of was Meghan Trainor's "All About That Bass". I, also, agree that in this day and age, it is the time of thick females, not anorexic Barbie dolls.

My friend, LX Xander The Gr8, just sent me a new beat tape of his network of producers, I heard what I liked and I just started writing. There's so much that I could say about this song, but I would rather allow you to experience it for yourself. All I'm going to say is that, "Although my girlfriend sees herself the way any artist would-- through a crooked frame and fragmented glasses, I only see a wonderful sheet of rosy lens covering my eyes, and I see the same amount of flaws on her as God in Heaven sees in Heaven."

lyrics

Intro:

Main:
Yeah
McCarren West
MW like I stand for Modern Warfare
My girl recently told me she was fat
Love yourself for who you are man
even I got flaws...

Background:
What's up, ladieeeeees?
It's ya boy, MW, and I'm gonna Modern Warfare
up in this locker room!
OOOOH Keyshia, you lookin' thick TODAY
But ay! Have you seen Dona?
I heard she got that Victoria's SE-CREEEET!

Chorus:
My girl thick, my girl fit,
she ain't lookin' nothin' like a Barbie-- anorexic
My girl thick, my girl fit,
she ain't lookin' nothin' like a Barbie-- anorexic
My girl thick, my girl fit,
she ain't lookin' nothin' like a Barbie-- anorexic
MY GIRL-MYGIRL-MY GIRL-MY GIRL

Verse 1:
She got a beast mode mouth like the Carter tree
I got a fishy for the pussy-- comes tartery--
Then I eat the fuckin' pussy cuz ya boy Chinese;
it's a nine course meal with darker meat
With stronger knees and a darker freak
yeah, you got this sinner sweatin when you talk to me
it's like who gave permission for that jaw to cleave
cuz she got me feelin' weaker than the strongest sleep
Thicker than ice-bergs with a raw-er freeze
Booty stayin' round-- gimme a quarter, please
Don't send my bitch to the border, please
cuz she a god damn good-smellin Puerto Ric
NOPE! She just got dark skin
I love the hot, brown bodies on my wo-men
and when she about face, thighs touch, no space
booty lookin' thicker than the gut of Rocketman Kim
Makin' those shorts RIDE UP (Ride Up)
I'll be ya fuckin' cowboy, my horse I'll MOUNT UP (Mount Up)
If you didn't know, you're so perfeect from the GROUND UP (Ground Up)
Let your body speak for itself cuz like Imagine Dragons
I want to feel the mothafuckin' THUNDER

Dona Vee:
Wait... Feel the WHAT?! Haha!

Group:
Thunder-- feel the thunder-- lightning and the thunder
Feel the thunder-- feel the thunder-- lightning and the thunder

I:
Alright, that's kinda tirin' out my voice. It's fun, though.
I think I'm gonna experiment with that later, but what do you say
we get back to normal? The McCarren West you love?

V:
Yeah, yeah, you know what's up:
My bitch keeps it tight, even with a round butt
She loves the latest fashion, no intentions of a slut
cause she be reppin' for the ladies with a little more to love
OOOH BOY!
And when that booty wigglin'
trust me when I say, straight up-- no disrespectin', ma'am
but the thunder claps make ya booty look a little thicker and
if I motorboat, I'll be lost in space off the deep end
I'm defo gonna make it
Have a full twirk team, make the ground shakin
with that raw bacon, asalamooalaikum
so accept ya mothafuckin' self, even with a high WEIGHTin' (Get It?)

Bridge
Cuz ashes to ashes and dust turn to dust
the beauty on faces wipes off like make-up
Thick bitches are sexy, thick bitches are fun
and no hate for ya friends, I'm just fuckin' with us!

Verse 2 Conclusion:
So, don't hate on yourself, gon get plates for yaself
but if you diggin' yaself, don't get hanged by the belt!
To each mothafucka they own god damn own
and if you crossin' the line, you get smoked like some kelp!

Ending:
Yeah
It's ya boy, McCarren West
and my girl stay thick-- that DONA VI
WOKE
EST, 19XX
Yeaugh!
